Thank you for providing this helpful information for back pain sufferers. As a prior chronic back pain sufferer, I also try to help my visitors by providing helpful back strengthening exercises and back stretching exercises to prevent or eliminate their back pain.

Regular stretching exercises not only help reduce pain but can also help prevent future injuries.

Now bring the other knee to your chest the same way and hold this for 10 seconds and release.
